Cancellation Policy

When an appointment is made, time has been set aside from the tutor's day to teach the lesson. Either our office or the tutor must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of cancellation or you will be charged for the time. (Weekend appointments must be canceled by 4 PM on Friday.) Please give us enough notice in order to avoid any inconvenience. Please call our office at:

Remember that missed sessions should be made up the same week whenever possible so as to maintain continuity of the tutoring program and its effectiveness in helping the student improve. This is particularly important when a student is enrolled in a standardized test preparation program.

Students typically meet with their tutor once or twice a week for either an hour or an hour and a half per session, depending on the nature of the tutoring.
