We started using A+ towards the end of 2023 for additional math tutoring. Around the time I was exploring many options, left many messages for different tutors and was given the run around in terms of pricing, locations, availability etc. Not really wanting to use a company who provides tutors I reluctantly called A+ having been unable to establish tutoring through an individual. If like me you have the same reservations let this review change your mind. My initial message to a call back was less than a day. The scheduling team were responsive, wanting to know our needs and requirements. They met our location request, time request and provided a tutor who quite honestly was so brilliant I couldn't believe we were so fortunate. Pricing was clear, payment was easy, we received an email and phone call each week to remind us of the upcoming lesson. They were accommodating to changes and responsive both by voice and email.
The tutor wrote a exceptionally detailed report after each lesson covering both what they had worked on and any social exchange that took place. Every month we received a report both on the lessons and a payment statement.
If you are considering additional tutoring and want to get started ASAP with no hassles I would 100% recommend A+.
